Content creators must not:

  • Promote scam projects, Ponzi schemes, or misleading financial products
  • Use clickbait, exaggerated claims, or manipulative language to mislead audiences
  • Plagiarize or use content without proper citation and source acknowledgment
  • Post fake testimonials or fabricated financial results
  • Engage in artificial engagement (buying likes, comments, or followers)
  • Promote illegal financial activities, including money laundering or unregulated trading schemes
  • Share sensitive user data or confidential company information
  • Use hate speech, discrimination, or offensive language
  • Upload violent, sexually explicit, or politically sensitive content that could harm Klarda’s reputation

To ensure data protection and content security, creators must:

  • Protect user data: Do not collect, store, or share any user information without consent
  • Use secure accounts: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts linked to Klarda
  • Follow copyright laws: Use only licensed or self-created content, and properly credit third-party materials
  • Avoid phishing risks: Do not share Klarda-related credentials or API keys publicly
  • Secure communications: Only discuss partnerships or official content through verified Klarda channels
  • Report security threats: Immediately inform Klarda if you encounter phishing attempts, fraud, or unauthorized content usage

Intellectual Property Rights

Proper Usage of Klarda’s Logo & Branding

Klarda’s logo and branding elements should only be used with prior written permission.

Any use of the logo must maintain its original proportions, colors, and design.

Partners and affiliates may only use Klarda’s branding in approved marketing materials.

Unauthorized modifications, distortions, or misrepresentations of Klarda’s branding are strictly prohibited.

Copyright Policies for Creator Content

Content created for Klarda, including articles, graphics, and videos, remains the intellectual property of Klarda unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party creators must obtain appropriate licenses or permissions for any copyrighted material used in their content.

Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted content will result in immediate action, including content removal and potential account suspension.

Proper attribution must be given to original authors when referencing third-party sources.

Klarda reserves the right to remove content that infringes upon intellectual property rights.

Users and partners must ensure that any content shared on Klarda’s platforms does not violate copyright or trademark laws.

Collaboration & Payment Policies

Conditions for Account Suspension or Termination
